After 17 years of success Spindogs needed to reflect, explore and set their strategic direction for their next phase of growth

After 17 years of growth and success, Spindogs was at a crossroads. Coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic customer needs were changing, whilst the wide range of capability and sector experience the company possessed provided many opportunities.

The rapid growth experienced by the company also leads to challenges - not only in choosing where to focus their talents and resources but also in ensuring that the operating model is robust enough to deliver high-quality outcomes for their clients whilst the company continues to grow.

Over an initial three-month period I worked closely with the leadership team to explore Spindogs’ strategic options, clarify those best suited to their aims, and design the roadmap to deliver. Subsequently, I continued to support the team drive the necessary change through the business, and embed new management tools and governance frameworks across the organisation to provide insight and help them deliver sustainable success.

 
Working with Matt over the last 14 months has been deeply insightful. At times, when running a business, it can be difficult to gain clarity how we get to where we want to go. You may have a goal in mind but it can be easy to lose focus in the day to day and not stay on track with key achievements.
