The Strategy Sprint is an intensive 4-6 day process to rapidly get from challenge or opportunity to a coherent action plan. We facilitate your journey from vision to action, working through a series of steps that build on each other to create a coherent roadmap.
A typical timetable is shown here, and outlined below:
Days 1 + 2 are about Clarity - moving from your initial vision or challenge to a prioritised set of challenges and opportunities
Days 3 + 4 are about Focus - developing a clear strategy to address your priorities
Days 5 + 6 are about Alignment - assessing what how your business model will need to adapt, and building a framework to start delivering

Together we work through a strategy development journey to create a robust roadmap for your organisation.
It is delivered through a mix of in-person workshops and 121s, combined with independent research and data analysis.
Regular reviews and calibration with leadership ensure that you get what you need from the project and that we build buy-in across the organisation.

Typically this will follow a Strategy Sprint or #100days project, and is based on a quarterly cycle of data and performance assessment, leadership engagement, market scanning and strategy calibration.
